Pulsed and CW laser welding
Nd:YAG and fiber lasers, keyhole or conduction mode, matched to your joint. Spot, seam, stitch and rotary welds.
Weld development
Weld schedule development and qualification, first articles and requalification limits defined before production.
Custom fixturing
Fixtures built for fit up and repeatability, with microscope and camera joint alignment on multi axis CNC stations.
Hard to join materials
Reflective, dissimilar and exotic metals. Filler wire or shims when the metallurgy is not compatible.
Metallographic lab
Cut, polish and etch cross sections in house to measure penetration, weld width, fusion profile and heat affected zone.
